-fBm Noiseを描画します。
-PhotoShopフィルタープラグイン互換ソフトで大体（？）動きます。
-8bit/16bitカラーを扱えます。
-%%AfterEffects/Premiereでパラメータをアニメーションできます。%%(最近のは使えなくなったらしい）
-AfterEffects5.x/Premiereでパラメータをアニメーションできます。
